How have y'all been holding up? so far so good we've made to the third day of our total homebody workout challenge, yippee! I'm so excited we've made it this far. Today's challenge is one step higher than yesterday's challenge, you might have noticed that for each challenge the pace increases. Whoever knew honey and cinnamon could perform wonders, they are like the match made in health and fitness heaven, lol A mixture of Honey and Cinnamon can be use as a remedy for so many ailments, from heart attack to indigestion, from tooth ache to bad breath, arthritis, obesity,cholesterol,hair loss, bladder infection,cold even pimples When taken with certain types of tea it can even improve longevity, but our focus today is on weight loss,maybe further down the line we will throw more light on Honey and Cinnamon and it's other functions. Weight loss: boil a pot of water and then put a teaspoon of grinded cinnamon on it, leave to warm, then add a teaspoon of Honey and mix together, allow the mixture to blend nicely. HOW TO REVERSE SAGGING BREAST

Many people consider having sagged breast quite normal and also irreversible, true, in most cases it is actually normal but other factors can also be held responsible for sagging breast, like breast feeding, rapid weight loss or gain and your basic life choices, [you know what I mean]. The mistake most people make is believing nothing can be done about it, they think that other than surgeries there are no remedies for sagging breast, well here's the good news, there is a way!. *WAYS TO GO FROM SAG QUEEN TO HOT MAMA* 1.
