TODAY'S CHALLENGE!

Hey fitfam, sorry our challenge is coming late but no harm done, there's still enough time to get the challenge done.

It's the 4th day of our challenge fitfam, how are y'all holding up so far? here we go.

TODAY'S CHALLENGE
* 30 second plank
* 25 jumping jacks
* 60 second wall-sit
* 35 butt kicks
* 35 squats
* 20 crunches
* 15 lunges
* 50 sit-ups
* 20 push ups

There's still enough time to get this done fifam, good luck.
Remember this isn't a contest, this a way for us to challenge ourselves to a more healthier and more fit lifestyle.
