FITNESS FACTS : WATER

Do you know that water have more benefits than helping in digestion and constipation?
The benefits drinking water could never be over emphasized,the body itself contains an average of 78% of water, losing about 11% of water in the body can lead to death and that's why experts recommends drinking at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, me, I take at least 9 glass of water a day.

Here is a list of some of the benefits of drinking water as tested and proven my research:

* It relieves factigue, this is a well known fact that everybody should be able to attest to.
* It improves mood, research shows that lost of certain percentage of water can alter your mood drastically.
* It aids weight loss, I can easily attest to this, drinking of at least two glasses of water prior to meals makes you consume less food which in turn causes weight loss. It also break down fatty cells in the body.

* Healthy skin, a well hydrated body improves the flow of capillary blood which promotes healthier and younger skin.

* Treats headache and migraines, dehydration is a major cause of headaches and migraines so it's only right that water should be the number one treatment, research shows that hydrating the body reduces headache and migraines.


Well there you have it, some fitness facts about water, this is what I call an open secret.
