BODY SHAPE WORKOUTS



There's nothing I love more than body shape exercises or to be more apt "core exercises' , you know that feeling you get from savoring a cup of ice cream? this is much better [for me though lol]. core exercises focuses mostly on three major parts of the body, the arm, the legs and more importantly our abs, so here is a list of some exercises that focus on these three parts.



1. ARMS
* Dips
* Regular push ups
* Planks
* Biceps curls
* Female push ups

2. LEGS
* Leg raises
* Regular squats
* Wall sits
* Jumping jacks
* Lunges

3. ABS
* V-Sits
* Planks [variations]
* Reverse crunches
* Bicycle crunches
* Hips-ups
* Leg raise
