A mixture of Honey and Cinnamon can be use as a remedy for so many ailments, from heart attack to indigestion, from tooth ache to bad breath, arthritis, obesity,cholesterol,hair loss, bladder infection,cold even pimples
When taken with certain types of tea it can even improve longevity, but our focus today is on weight loss,maybe further down the line we will throw more light on Honey and Cinnamon and it's other functions.
