UH LA LA! IT'S DAY #3 OF OUR CHALLENGE FITFAM ;)

How have y'all been holding up? so far so good we've made to the third day of our total homebody workout challenge, yippee! I'm so excited we've made it this far.

Today's challenge is one step higher than yesterday's challenge, you might have noticed that for each challenge the pace increases.

THE CHALLENGE
* 40 second plank
* 50 jumping jacks
* 35 second wall-sits
* 25 butt kicks (both sides)
* 15 squats
* 30 crunches
* 25 lunges (both sides)
* 30 sit-ups
* 20 push-ups
Do this and repeat


Please remember this isn't a competition, this is a means of challenging yourself into a healthier and a more fit lifestyle.
