i hope this challenge has been as exciting to you as it was for me, but sadly it must come to an end fitfam.

TODAY'S CHALLENGE
* 60 second plank
* 55 jumping jacks
* 45 second wall-sits
* 50 butt-kicks
* 25 squats
* 30 crunches
* 60 lunges
* 40 sit-ups
* 30 push-ups
