How did you find yesterday's challenge? Easy right! Well get ready for today's challenge fitfam.
It's the second day of our challenge so let's take it up a notch.

Today's challenge
* 30 seconds plank
* 10 jumping jacks
* 45 seconds wall-sits
* 20 butt kiks
* 10 squats
* 20 crunches
* 25 lunges
* 35 sit-ups
* 10 push ups

Remember, this isn't a competition, this is a means of challenging yourself into a fitter and healthier lifestyle. Good luck fitfam.
