Hi ladies and gentlemen, this is officially the very first post on my health and fitness blog but first a little introduction if I may, lol, my name is Ekoh Sophia, lover of everything fitness, you see guys I wasn't always a fitness lover, I used to be one of those shobby girls [mind you, nothing wrong with being shobby unless it starts affecting your health and your speed] until I decided to take charge of my body and now I help others take charge of their body, which brings us to the reason for this blog, saving the world one person at a time[ha ha]is all well and good but the internet has made it possible to save thousand with just a click of the finger, so distinguished ladies, gentlemen, body slayers, slay kings and queens and lovers of the fitfam stay focused as we begin our journey together.

Whoever knew honey and cinnamon could perform wonders, they are like the match made in health and fitness heaven, lol A mixture of Honey and Cinnamon can be use as a remedy for so many ailments, from heart attack to indigestion, from tooth ache to bad breath, arthritis, obesity,cholesterol,hair loss, bladder infection,cold even pimples When taken with certain types of tea it can even improve longevity, but our focus today is on weight loss,maybe further down the line we will throw more light on Honey and Cinnamon and it's other functions. Weight loss: boil a pot of water and then put a teaspoon of grinded cinnamon on it, leave to warm, then add a teaspoon of Honey and mix together, allow the mixture to blend nicely. Take this 30mins before going to bed every night and you will see drastic changes on your weight.
