Today's challenge is a bit easy
* 15second plank
* 35 jumping jacks
* 25 second wall-sit
* 10 butt kicks
* 20 squats
* 25 crunches
* 15 lunges
* 10 sit-ups
* 25 push ups

Do all and repeat
This isn't a competition, this is a way for us to challenge ourselves and our body, push ourselves to our full fit potential, so fitfam let the challenge begin! Good luck!
